LiveNation.com Unveils New Online Tools

LiveNation.com is embracing two of the hottest Internet tools to expand its reach online, unveiling both a new widget strategy and search bar technology designed to more broadly enable ticket sales.

The widget is a downloadable application that users can post to their personal websites, blogs or social networking profiles that allow visitors to search for and buy tickets to any concert without requiring them to visit the LiveNation.com site.

The search bar tools are compatible with Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google, adding Live Nation's search engine results to Web search and browsing activity.
